About the project

People love living in harmony and they can find symmetry everywhere in their lives. We meet symmetry in science - maths, physics but also in art or architecture. We would like to investigate how symmetry is reflected in our lives. We would like to raise awareness of the importance of keeping symmetry around us. The main aim is to find how symmetry result in harmony.

AIMS

1. To educate students in the importance of living in harmony

2. To investigate different aspects of symmetry
3. To improve critical thinking, creativity, increase students´ collaboration, research, analysis, technology
4. To promote informal learning

WORK PROCESS

1. Introduction, survey and brainstorming
2. Creating our logo - competition
3. Introduction of schools and students. Creating profile
4. Symmetry at Christmas - Christmas cards with symmetrical shapes
5. Art competition - Symmetry - a world of harmony
6. Quizzes - Students prepare quizzes about project work
Students will work on the area of study and work out symmetry in different areas of life.
